This book is about two men were different from the other. the men who work on rancher are lonely but these men always were together, and they had plans for their future lives, they wanted to buy their own ranch.
One man called Lennie who was a strong and gentleman, but his mind was of a child and the other man called George, he was an intelligent and he looked after Lennie who take care of rabbits.
On day they got a job in a ranch but in the ranch there was a dog with a puppies and Lennie got one of them. Then, when George wasn't there Lennie killed to his puppy and tried to hide his puppy but in that moment a pretty woman entered, she was the son's wife of the owner of the ranch where they worked. Then, the woman started to flirt with Lennie and he couldn't resist, so he started to caress her hair and the woman started to shout, so that Lennie killed her. After that Lennie scaped and went to a lake. However George kwen where Lennie was so he went to the lake and killed Lennie.
So that they couldn't achieve their dreams.
